Moving out? Do it in 30 minutes and get your full deposit back
A short guide for bingo.pl tenants: when to book the handover, what exactly to clean and how we settle the deposit. No surprises, no need to read the contract.
The handover — step by step
Message us through your contact link or call — no later than 6 p.m. on the last day of the lease. Handovers take place on working days, usually between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
In the last week of the lease we show the flat to the next tenants. Three proposed times (9 a.m.–6 p.m.) are enough so we do not have to call about it five times.
The list below is the whole requirement — we check nothing beyond it. Start a day earlier: an empty flat cleans much faster.
A description and a photo are enough. A fault reported before the handover is a routine repair, not a surprise at the protocol stage.
We compare the flat with the move-in protocol, take photographs, read the meters and sign the handover protocol. A copy goes to your e-mail.
We settle the deposit within 30 days of the handover, by transfer to the account you give us. The deposit does not cover the last rent — you pay that as usual.

Ordinary traces of use — nobody expects a showroom. You lived there and it shows: that is part of renting.

Damage and permanent soiling of floors, walls, furniture and equipment, as well as anything missing from the protocol.
Who pays for what is set out in a table with the legal basis and example rates. EN / UA / RU / ES versions are in the same file, on the following pages.
